RECRUITING TOOLS: Skype for Chat and Zoom.us to do video team meetings. Zoom has a mobile app as well. Their ATS is iCIMS. On-boarding and HR systems are handled by WorkDay. She also likes to use BumbleBizz for networking. MasterBrand is also implementing Ruutly for its job descriptions.
