Talent.com the global jobs aggregator, recently raised $120 million in new funding. Just before that announcement I caught up with Cindy Klein, Senior Vice President with Talent.com.

With more than 30 million jobs available in 79 countries, Talent.com in a multi-national firm and has established itself as one of the largest sources of employment around the world. With 15+ years of experience in executive positions in recruitment marketing and sales, Cindy presently oversees the company’s North American market.

In this interview Cindy reveals they are working on a new searchable resume database for employers.
