There has never been more HR technology than exists right now and the money is flowing into the space, are we in a bit of a bubble here?
I still see a lot of employers using HR tech wrongly….they buy it thinking it’s going to be some sort of panacea but fail to implement and manage it properly...do you agree and what is your advice to those employers?
